Plant or compost
You can plant or compost the packaging used for our human soaps. Each soap is wrapped in a band of handmade paper embedded with wild flower seeds. You can grow some beautiful flowers and plants for the insects that will continue to keep our wonderful world ticking.

Returns
If your order reaches you in a damaged condition please let us know immediately. We are happy to replace or refund any damaged products returned to us within 7 days of the notification, in the original packaging and unused.
Please email contact@ourlovelynaturals.co.uk with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged goods. We will provide you with a return address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of change or send you a refund.
We regret that we cannot offer a refund, replacement/exchange on any items that have already been used.
