We are currently only able to ship our products within the UK

Free 2nd class delivery for all orders over £25

Postage and Packing

We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail

1st Class (1-2 working days from dispatch) £4.95

2nd Class (2-3 working days from dispatch) £4.10

Tracked 24 (delivered by the end of the next business working day with real time tracking) £4.95

Tracked 48 (delivered within 2-3 business working days with real time tracking) £4.10

Returns

If your order reaches you in a damaged condition please let us know immediately.  We are happy to replace or refund any damaged products returned to us within 7 days of the notification, in the original packaging and unused.

Please email contact@ourlovelynaturals.co.uk with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged goods.  We will provide you with a return address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of change or send you a refund.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund, replacement/exchange on any items that have already been used.
